Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Analyst to join our growing Indirect and Operations Procurement team. Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role is responsible for managing reporting and process improvements to help scale the function.  You will partner closely with other Sourcing and Procurement team members as well as partner teams (IT, Treasury, Accounting, etc) to help lead small to medium size projects from definition through implementation. 

You will own project deliverables and be a key driver in design, realization, testing and implementation of procurement process solutions. This person will ensure deployed solutions align with procurement business requirements, as well as, strategic and operational goals.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Drive the analysis of existing business processes, reporting, training, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and partner teams to operationalize system and process improvements
• Lead the administration and reporting from our project tracking system (currently Per Angusta)
• Act as a subject matter expert for transactional reporting metrics (currently Coupa)
• Identify and improve reporting and analytics around Procurement KPIs including but not limited to spend, savings, maverick spend, procurement ROI, TCO, supplier diversity, etc.
• Set framework for procurement processes in multiple Peloton geographies
• Own deliverables as a business lead or SME in project life cycle phases and activities for new implementations roll-outs and support initiatives (including requirements definition, design and process flow documentation, functional design, test scenario development and execution, master data conversion, cutover activities, go-live) to meet procurement business requirements and objectives
• Participate in testing, test and training plan development. Responsible for participating in the development end-user documentation (Procurement Procedures, Test Scenarios, Work Instructions, Procurement Policies.)
• Own the creation and on-going review of Training materials for any procurement processes in the systems landscape 
• Manage communication with internal customers and external suppliers to support Sourcing & Procurement initiatives and projects
• Own the creation and maintenance of vendor purchasing catalogs (currently Coupa)
• Support and lead small to medium indirect sourcing events

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 3+ years of experience with sourcing and procurement, supply chain or performance monitoring
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to synthesize and clearly summarize data
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is also a plus
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes and support other indirect Category Managers as needed
• Operating experience with procure-to-pay tools (Coupa or Per Angusta is a plus)
• Proven understanding of procurement and supplier management practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable with presenting to groups, leading projects, and operating in matrixed teams
• Ability to operate independently in a changing and fast-paced environment
• You should have the ability to balance multiple projects at various phases
• Act as a self-starter and phenomenal teammate and hold a customer-first approach
• Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field
