WHAT WE WILL CALL THIS POSITION: Senior Analyst, Product Marketing
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Duck Creek Technologies Senior Analyst of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our go-to-market (GTM) messaging for assigned products under the guidance of a Director of Product Marketing. Your focus will be on understanding and translating customer needs into compelling product narratives, developing marketing and sales enablement collateral that highlight our products' value in the insurance industry, supporting the broader marketing team on campaigns, and ultimately helping drive product line revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and communicating differentiated product positioning and messaging internally and externally.
- Support the development of sales enablement tools (decks, 1-pagers, FAQs, battlecards, and training materials) that showcase the value of our software.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Strategy, Growth Marketing and Corporate teams to identify market needs and support demand-generating programs.
- Aid in conducting primary and secondary research into buyer personas, the competition, and the market.
- Work with Product and Professional Services leaders on preparing presentations for our annual Duck Creek Formation conference, as well as other events and webinars.
- Assist in the development of various marketing content (blog posts, case studies, videos) supporting both product launches and thematic marketing campaigns.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, solutions marketing, or consulting, preferably in enterprise software.
- Obtained a bachelor's degree, or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred; related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement.
- Experience in business writing across various formats and mediums.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales enablement content development and strategy.
- Data analysis and familiarity with the latest marketing tools and software related to content engagement and data analysis.
- Ability to manage deadlines, communicate in a team, and operate independently with guidance.
- Familiarity with the P&C/General Insurance industry is a plus.
WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW:
- Location: Remote US
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location. This position does not sponsor employment-based visa.
- Exempt Status: Salary/Exempt
- Travel: Expect 25%-30% travel for this role (industry related conference and company hosted events)
- Expected Start: This position is expected to start in June 2024
