Job Description
We are seeking a SR Analyst, Residual Value Strategy to join our team at the Nissan North Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN.
Supports NNA's strategy to improve residual value ("RV") of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles relative to primary competitors to drive sustainable and profitable growth. Supports management with analytical support and cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for forecasting and improving RV through product planning, sales, and remarketing functions. Demonstrates Nissan Way characteristics of Show Facts & Face Reality by providing clear and comprehensive RV analytics that aid data-driven decision-making. Plans and executes the development of data analytics tools, commissioned studies, and drive experience events with 3rd party guidebooks that showcase NNA products aligned with the Nissan Next strategies of changing the product, changing the business, change the culture.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:
- Supports management in the integration of RV strategies and annual Business Plans (BP), Mid-Term Plans (MTP), and Product Milestones
- Supports management in preparation of analytics for RV Steering Committee and other governance meetings
- Supports cross-functional efforts and data analytics for RV improvement strategies with Product Planning, CMM, Pricing, C&I, Remarketing Finance, NMAC Remarketing, and CPO teams.
- Collaborates with 3rd party Guidebooks (e.g. ALG, KBB, JDP, etc.) and internal stakeholders for the following: key model RV studies, competitive RV analysis, and RV forecasts.
- Actively engages with 3rd party Guidebooks in detailed product content sharing, launch timing information, drive experience events, marketing plans, newsletter highlights, and overall model sales strategy.
- Prepares cohesive presentation materials that communicate RV strategies, forecasts, targets, action plans, and results to internal stakeholders.
- Develops, coordinates, and implements training of internal stakeholders on web-based residual value software and analytical tools.
- Supports management in tracking annual RV operations budget
- Initiates and tracks department shopping baskets and purchase orders.
- Manages guidebook evaluation vehicle ordering, shipping, tracking, and disposal.
- Proactively builds a breadth of knowledge in product content and lifecycle strategy for the NNA vehicles and primary competitors assigned to this role.
- Develops departmental reporting with consistency and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications

Job Knowledge and Skill:
The ability to coordinate, analyze, interpret, summarize, and present highly complex data into recommendations for management. Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong judgment, problem-solving, and project management skills. The ability to architect and execute new strategies to ensure sustainability. General knowledge of remarketing, sales, and marketing operations disciplines in automotive sales/distribution and consumer finance.
Experience:
6 or more years of related experience at a professional level.
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Master's degree in a related discipline or MBA is highly preferred.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products; advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
