Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for small, medium, and large businesses. The Operational Excellence (OE) team strives to ensure that GCS has a robust first line of defense, playing an active role in supporting the growth of business, meet its objectives and demonstrating an effective control framework.

Our key goal in OE is the successful implementation of the US Business Conduct program that involves uplifting sales practices in GCS by collaborating with GCS Sales Leaders, Compliance, General Counsel, Colleague Engagement Group, 2nd line risk management and other critical partners to sustain and improve a culture of Winning the Right Way.

We are seeking an Sr. Analyst to be part of our Conduct Risk review team for content owned by Client Facing Colleagues. This work essential to ensure a complete feedback loop of our Business Conduct/Sales Practices program framework. This candidate will work closely with key partners such as Global Field Effectiveness (GFE), LOBCO, GCO and Senior Sales/AD leadership. This role is ideal for someone with positive relationship skills, proactive, meticulous, strong verbal, and written communicator, and can supervise multiple projects simultaneously.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a compliance, legal or marketing review function,
  • Results Oriented - Track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives
  • Relationship Builder and Collaborator - Confident and clear communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence business leaders / SMEs, and drive progress and decision making
  • Operational Knowledge - Strong knowledge of key operational metrics, levers and various servicing strategies and understanding of risk, controls, and compliance
  • Analytical Mindset - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to move quickly between big picture and detail and produce meaningful conclusions
  • Prioritization Expert- Strong process and project management skills; ability to prioritize appropriately, managing multiple projects/workstreams that will drive the greatest impact for the business
  • Innovation Driver - Seeks new ways to improve effectiveness, understands the latest conduct risk trends and has passion for innovation
  • Proactive Nature - Ability to work autonomously and proactively to drive results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a banking organization

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
