Senior Analyst - Risk Management
Job Description
We're currently looking for a Sr. Analyst, Risk Management to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Job Summary
Develops, monitors, and updates credit scoring models, credit decision automation, dealer spot delivery and pre-approval programs. Derives solutions and makes recommendations relating to portfolio performance, operating efficiencies, and expense control. Assists with strategic development plans required for business efficiencies. Plans and develops respective forecasting models in support of executive guidelines.
Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

- Applies risk management, finance and control techniques for maximum financial efficiencies.
- Gathers and evaluates data in order to make business decisions and recommendations.
- Develops and monitors credit decision automation algorithms, credit scoring models, and special credit programs.
- Develops solutions for credit scoring processes to meet business requirements.
- Communicates with other Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation departments, third party venders and pass through entities to develop business solutions and resolve risk management issues.
- Participates in project management of modifications to credit scoring configurations.
- Assists with strategic development plans required for business efficiencies, legal compliance, and loss reduction.
- Plans and develops models to assist with budget planning and loss forecasting in support of executive guidelines.
- Develops reporting related to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation's receivables performance.
- As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
Minimum Qualifications
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
1. Job Knowledge and Skill:
Good knowledge of database management and basic understanding of insurance nomenclature. Good knowledge of accounting and finance. Good oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Experience:
Six or more years of related experience at a professional level progressive analytical and financial experience.
3. Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related finance, accounting or risk management discipline required.
4. Computer Skills:
Thorough computer knowledge such as word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to resolve complex problems in day to day situations. Strong functional knowledge of SAP, MS DOS, and database management software.
