What you will do

As the Sr. Analyst, Sales Analytics, you will drive the development of the Sales Information and Analytics teams to be able to better analyze field sales performance trends, field orders and related sales issues, including individual and branch/agency results as requested by field management and as required by Finance and Senior Leadership. You will identify trends and recommend actions to support/eliminate those trends. You will also support the development, enhancement and maintenance of team resources, systems and processes.

Responsibilities may include:
• Leverage technical understanding and business acumen to translate high-level business requirements into technical and functional specifications to develop reporting & analytics for Senior Sales Management• Drive the development plan of Microsoft Power BI to educate, create, &deliver actionable dashboards, management reports, ad hoc analysis relating to salesforce, hospital, surgeon and field usage, etc.• Create/deliver executive sales dashboards for monthly review by Senior Sales Management.• Hold and lead regular meetings with our IS partners to become the subject matter expert on our Azure system and ensure data accuracy• Collaborate with internal business partners across Sales Ops and other departments to support their development of Power BI reports. Ensure data is Governed appropriately, provide guidance on data usage and be the primary source of data validation for all teams • Support annual national sales and provide materials for further learning and marketing of our team• Calculate monthly field sales performance and facilitate Senior Sales Management recognition tools.• Hold quarterly audits of current processes; identify and implement methods to improve data accuracy and ease of report use. Recommend and drive implement accuracy, efficiency and productivity enhancements. Audit existing systems, determine and communicate gaps and opportunities to leadership.• Utilize data to identify trends and make recommendations around those trends.• Partner with Sales Analytics analysts to reduce manual reporting through use of Microsoft Power BI and demonstration of best practices• Lead and own defined road map of reports/visuals to be built into Power BI. Support ad hoc requests through Power BI when applicable.• Compile, audit and administer monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Reports that measure key performance indicators of the sales force.• Create ad hoc Sales Reports relating to hospital, surgeon and field usage.• Partner with IT department and, Compensation, Master Data, and Analytics Teams to ensure data accuracy and accommodate user access requests. Partner across all Sales Operations and internal support teams (Marketing, Finance, etc.) to promote collaboration, reduction of duplicate information and elimination of conflicting information being published to the field sales team.• Track field sales changes monthly and ensure data is current in all Power BI reports.• Calculate and analyze monthly field sales performance and provide analysis to better facilitate Senior Sales Management recognition tools.• Develop and provide Senior Sales Management with all required and requested sales reporting.

What you need

  • Experience in Power BI is highly preferred

$62,800 - $129,500salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
