Senior Analyst, Sales Development Programs - Segment

This position is needed to program manage the interlock between sales technology, strategy, and process. Â
The Sr Analyst, Sales Development Programs will join the Segment SDR Leadership team and partner closely with our Sales, Enablement, Marketing Operations, Sales Programs, and Sales Operations teams. The role will be responsible for supporting our continued growth and maturation as a rapidly scaling Segment Sales Development organization. This role will work across a vast array of cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and execution of core business priorities, elevate how data is interpreted and utilized, and foster strong company-wide communication. This role will report directly to the Director of Global Segment Sales Development.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Be highly involved in collaboration and strategic execution across the SDR leadership team and organization, our business partners, and throughout the entire company
- Help measure and drive impact across a variety of dimensions including culture, recruiting, rhythm of the business activities, learning, and org health
- Manage key business tools to ensure the team is operating effectively and leveraging tools to the highest level of efficiencyÂ
- Support leadership through SDR priority setting process, as well as, set, align and track company goals
- Help onboard key company hires (e.g., new managers), ensuring that they have the context and support needed to successfully ramp up and perform their duties
- Manage weekly leadership staff meetings including, but not limited to, setting the agenda, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations and tracking follow through to increase accountability
- You will assist our Director of Segment Sales Development in defining, communicating, and supporting their key priorities
- Lead high-priority projects for the SDR organization
- Ensure efficient hand-off projects to functional teams and leads and follow through until completion

Required:
- Project and program management experienceÂ
- Ability to oversee a project from start to finish with little guidance from their manager. Resourcefulness would be a key skill needed in this role.Â
- Someone who feels comfortable working, communicating, and strategizing with many different business and cross functional partners
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills and are comfortable and excited to work side-by-side with execs
- Expert at building complex models, surfacing insights from analysis on the business, and proposing strategic changes that will have the most impact and allow us to successfully scale the sales development organizationÂ
- Experience working with a rapidly growing company and sales organization (bonus if you’ve worked closely with sales development teams)Â
- Ability to take the vision and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics to effectively execute on that vision
LocationÂ
- This role will be remote and based in the USA
- Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.Â
