Job Summary:
The Senior. Analyst, Sales Operations role requires strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills. The ideal candidate can recognize emerging issues and expeditiously address them in a complete and customer-focused manner. As a cross-functional position, the role calls on applicants who demonstrate sales, project management, quality assurance, and technical skillsets.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day analytical support for East Sales (multi-channel), building content driven reports and presentation decks.
- Liaison with the Field Sales and third-party vendors to resolve data issues.
- Manage enhancements for the sales enablement technology. This process includes business requirement gathering, collaboration with third-party IT development teams, and user testing.
- Work closely with Sales Management and Leadership teams on the implementation of solutions that maximize efficiency and conversion rates for multiple sales channels in our East Territory.
- Monitor vendor activities and assist in maintaining both new and existing vendor relationships.
- Manage updates to the enrollment forms and scripts in conjunction with new product or partner launches.
- Document sales support operational processes & responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid 2 to 3 days in-office.
- Open office environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong skills in all Microsoft products, especially Excel, Power Point,and Word.
- SQL skills preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization programs a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
