This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.
The Senior Analyst, Sales Programs position will lead the analytical work in the department necessary to achieve the key goals and objectives for the U.S. Field Sales organization. This includes developing and generating key sales reports. This individual will use their analytical skills to make recommendations to U.S. leadership on actions the Sales Organization can take to deliver results. This role will analyze market share data and other related data to understand industry trends and communicate key insights and recommendations to leadership. This individual will work collaboratively with the Sales Programs and Analysis team and the Director of Sales on various sales-related initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on data analytics for the department and provide guidance to team members on general reporting functions.
- Responsible for sourcing performance data/metrics necessary for report creation to support key initiatives in the U.S. market.
- Develop metrics and scorecards that drive visibility of high performing dealers/markets as well as areas of opportunity.
- Monthly review and assessment of sales results, market share, inventory levels and transaction pricing to understand trends and recommend actions to deliver results.
- Lead the collection of the monthly U.S. motorcycle sales forecast and market insights from the Field Team and provide key findings to leadership.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Analytics, or an equivalent of education and experience preferred
Experience Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop effective internal business relationships.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
