As the Senior Analyst, Sales Solutions, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the new CRM to sales teams in the development of complex customer solutions to secure new and incremental revenue for the Branches within Brokerage. Your focus will be on assisting in creating the new look and function ability of OneCRM. What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Be an Advocate of Change Management for new RXO Sales Initiatives, including OneCRM and on the floor sales training
  • Hold Monthly Virtual Training sessions with reps/managers to achieve sales goals
  • Serve as the primary new CRM system administrator, managing basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows, set up automated reports, Conga grid, and dashboards to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies and identify areas for improvement, data cleansing - customer contacts & decision makers
  • Identify, build, and manage additional non-CRM sales tools and systems that enable efficient sales/procurement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Assist with onboarding and training new and/or current sales talent on how to use our CRM/reporting tools, refresher training
  • Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting and communication to participants to drive success
  • Assist with marketing content/creating templates for executive presentations and customer facing documents
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Pipeline management - assist with forecasting
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Leaders across Brokerage and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine the progress of sales opportunities and identify problems for internal review and problem solving to shorten the sales cycles
  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams (onboarding, marketing, AR/Finance, branch offices, BU's, other sales ops teams) to improve existing sales processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of sales-related experience in the logistics and transportation industry, preferably in non-asset-based transportation services

It'd be great if you also have:
  • Leadership experience with a track record of success in sales management and strategic account sales
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline of prospects and multiple business development proposals
  • Proficient in Salesforce, CRM Tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience driving change management, User-acceptance testing (UAT) and experience with EDI / API
