We're seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Solutions, for GXO Logistics Corporate Services, Inc., at its facility in High Point, NC. In this role you will track trends consolidate data and update senior leadership on recommended improvements. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Consolidate, track trends and report on operations data derived from multiple data points
• Create reports and other presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Provide tools for operations management and process managers to detect problem areas in real time
• Take timely action when problems occur
• Develop tools, reports, techniques and/or assist in implementing reporting systems for operations support, including ensuring reporting consistency, standardized formatting, professional presentation and processes/issues are documented
• Review and create subsequent reporting and process enhancements

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study

• Two (2) years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in all the following:
  • Enterprise Information and Business Intelligence Systems with experience in Data Analytics technologies such as Big Data, Data Engineering, Data warehousing and Reporting
  • Performing demand planning, forecasting, inventory analysis and optimization
  • Providing tools for operations management and process managers to detect problem areas in real time
  • Taking timely action with problems occur and creating reports and other presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Data Ingestion experience
  • Performing extraction, transformation and loading various types of data
  • Data analytics experience to consolidate, track, trend and report on data derived from multiple data points by slicing and dicing the data
  • Creating data visualization dashboard by deriving data from multiple sources
