Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 7 years of experience in public accounting and public multinational companies.
- Experience in US GAAP, SEC reporting, and 10-Q/10-K filings.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working cross-functionally across legal, FP&A, investor relations, and accounting teams.
- Experience communicating with executive leadership in complex matters in a clear, concise manner.
- Understanding of Workiva and SAP ERP systems.
- Excellent people management skills with effective attention to detail.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

In this role, you efficiently gather financial information, execute the process of preparing, reviewing, submitting and distributing the financial reports. You will provide analysis and review of various internal and external reports. You will give expert advice to management on U.S. GAAP and SEC filings, understand a broad range of technical accounting matters and their associated disclosure requirements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$176,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Contribute in timely, accurate reporting of our 10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases, and certain other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Maintain related XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) compliance for 10-Q and 10-K.
- Partner closely with controllership, FP&A, legal, investor relations to support the earnings and reporting process.
- Conduct accounting and reporting research and documenting memos, and lead other projects.
- Prepare support and address requests coming from internal and external auditors.
