Your Impact:

Hearst is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Strategy to support our Strategy and Corporate Development team at Hearst Magazine Media (HMM). This role is part of our internal strategy function which sets the direction for the organization's long-term growth. Our team focuses on driving and delivering growth by analyzing business and market trends, prioritizing investments, and leading top strategic initiatives in close partnership with executives and senior leaders across the organization (consumer, editorial, advertising sales & solutions, digital product, engineering, and data operations). We develop data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges and create meaningful impact, and partner with business leaders to identify and drive operational efficiencies to enable continued growth.
