Senior Analyst Consultant Business Strategy & Operations

Cherokee Nation Federal Consulting (CNFC) is seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our federal consulting team in the Washington DC area. As a Senior Analyst for Business Strategy & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance business practices within federal agencies. You will collaborate with a team of consultants to design and implement tailored solutions, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support project management activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of deliverables such as reports, presentations, and training materials, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Analyst Strategy & Operations: Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Senior Analyst Business Strategy & Operations Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct research, analyze data, and assist in the development of strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to design and implement tailored thoughtful solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support project management activities.
• Contribute to the creation of deliverables such as reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and training materials.
• Ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges faced by clients.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in strategy, management, and relevant industries, and share insights with clients and colleagues.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Senior Analyst Strategy & Operations Experience: Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, strongly preferred in a federal setting.
• Ability to analyze complex data, trends, and information to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and other office software and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and recommendations clearly.
• Prior experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a related field is preferred.
• Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Strategic Advisor, Business Strategist, or Management Consulting.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
