Responsibilities
- Collecting feedback on satisfaction with key Technology delivery services
- Ability to create deliverable including process improvements, asset tracking, and SLAs with internal business and 3rd party customers.
- Ability to interpret contracts for technology services and understand how it impacts Technology services deliverables and project scope.
- Contribute to the development of the strategic vision and continuous improvement roadmap that optimizes architecture and system performance consistent with the strategy of the business
- Assist IT leadership with developing long-term technology roadmap, resource plans, and budgets
- Ensure proper implementation of global standards, policies and systems platforms
- Promotes the IT organization's capabilities and works to strengthen the business value of the IT organization
- Establish and provide high-quality, informative written and verbal project communications, including status, dashboards and Service Delivery project updates
- Thrive in a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continual improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ yearsβ overall IT experience with significant experience in global, enterprise corporate IT
- 3+ yearsβ experience with energy generation, distributed control systems, or similar industries
- Knowledgeable in IT project management, tracking, reporting, and risk/issue mitigation
- Knowledge of varying architecture methodologies, with demonstrated ability to select and apply the appropriate method to the problem at-hand
- Grasp of current and emerging technologies and trends, with ability to rapidly assess and apply new and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Travel Requirements up to 20% of total hours
