Senior Analyst (temporary position)

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual financial reports (FR) and accompanying notes, making all necessary adjustments and corrections
• Calculate forecasted financial figures for year-end and provide this data to the designated accounting officer
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure accuracy in financial planning
• Collect, consolidate, and process information related to Transfer Pricing (TP) for year-end reporting
• Perform regular reconciliations and control of balances in the 1C system and other internal systems (e.g., Compensation, Vacation, Concur, RSGE reports)
• Support the audits
• Participate in the automation and improvement of the 1C system to streamline processes for future transactions, introducing enhancements to increase efficiency
• Assist in the preparation, development, and refinement of local policies related to accounting and finance
• Reconcile fixed asset accounts across different systems
• Perform reconciliation between SAP and 1C for vendors and clients
• Ensure compliance with internal company policies and regulations, including orders, instructions, and job descriptions
• Respond to and manage ad-hoc requests as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles
• Understanding of international accounting standards
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of personal responsibility
• Commitment to continuous self-development
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• ACCA or DipIFR certification
• Hands-on experience with 1C or SAP systems
