Job Title: Senior Analyst, Treasury (Open to Location)

Slalom's Treasury team is looking for a senior analyst to help support our rapidly growing finance organization. This role will be responsible for owning cash forecasting models, managing intercompany funding plans, and will make recommendations for investing long-term excess cash and mitigating FX risk. This is an ideal role for someone who is independently driven, detail oriented, and meticulous. The successful candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, will be knowledgeable and interested in markets, and will have experience in FX and derivatives. Responsibilities:

• Own the Cash Forecasting process, and monitor short, mid, and long-term cash positions for multiple accounts and entities
• Ensure Slalom subsidiaries are adequately funded by working with internal business partners (Tax, Legal, Compliance) on timing and amount of intercompany transfers
• Safeguard accounts and balances by maintaining a robust internal controls environment
• Minimize risk of foreign exchange exposure for Slalom's international entities
• Protect balances against inflation by investing excess long-term cash, while adhering to Slalom's investment policy
• This role will also be a key player in the design and implementation of a new TMS and cash forecasting solution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience in Treasury, FP&A, or Accounting
• Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, bonus points for treasury management
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and tasks.
