What you will learn and contribute to
The Technology organization under Nokia Cloud and Network Services (CNS) is chartered to create technology disruptions in CNS by transforming technical capabilities of the workforce to drive innovation across all disciplines. The Knowledge Management and Competency Development (KMCD) team within Technology is responsible for capabilities development and knowledge management across all of CNS supporting engineering, services and CARE. We help build a continuous role-based learning culture combining all forms of learning with emphasis on collaboration to build the capabilities of future.
The Analytics/AI Architect is responsible for developing competency programs for enabling CNS teams to successfully design and deploy digital insights & AI solutions and helping to ensure collaborative knowledge sharing across the organization. He or she will be the Global Champion for the global community of practice to support the creation, capture, and exchange of knowledge relevant to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable the CNS teams on technology learnings and how-to training through training curriculums, Knowledge Transfers, and product/solution technical certifications (L3/L4)
- Create and maintain solution level trainings for technology and services solutions.
- Pilot and implement new and innovative ways of enablement and knowledge dissemination methods
- Partner with other Technology teams to engage in early PoCs and customer innovations to support capabilities development
- Work closely with Engineering on New Product Introductions to keep up with the latest capabilities of the product portfolio.
- Engage with R&D to understand the evolution of SW products starting early in the product design lifecycle
- Attend R&D feature reviews and deep-dive sessions
- Support lab exercise creation, integration and launches.
- Lead and drive Collaborative Knowledge Sharing & Communities of Practice
Your skills and experience
You have:
- MS in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent experience.
- Ten or more years of demonstrated experience in the Business Analytics area with a strong understanding of the digital insights landscape
- Experience architecting and deploying business analytics solutions in customer environments
- Strong knowledge of digital operations products including MNI, FNI, CI, NEXC, Network Analyzer, AVA, SQM, NWDAF & Traffica
- Understanding of Big Data Analytic Framework
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and AI models
- Knowledge of 4G/5G network architecture
- Knowledge of 3rd party Cloud & Container Services and cloud native design
- Continuous learning, adapting new technology and methodologies, staying up to date on relevant industry trends
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of personal responsibility
- High level of self-motivation and maturity
- Strong team player and networking skills
- Able to work as part of multi-cultural global team in different time zones.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
