  • Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

    Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

    Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements

    Lead or participate on large cross group projects

    Mentor less experienced staff

    Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications, International:
  • Experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Desired Qualifications:

    Executive Reporting experience

    Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization

    4+ Years of SQL - SQL Server Management System and/ Or Oracle

    2+ years of ETL

    2+ Years of Tableau, Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools Experience

    Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

    Experience with writing Analytical procedures and Controls

    Agile processes and/ or Agile methodologies

    Job Expectations:

    Reporting and Analytics

    Collaborate to build a desired future state reporting operational reporting vision

    Prepare complex analysis to understand trends in Corporate Security Key Activities and Operational Metrics and present findings to Corporate Security leadership and stakeholders/partners

    Design a new, streamlined reporting infrastructure that is optimized and reduces redundancy

    Collaborate, identify and implement consistent KPIs and reporting

    Develop metrics, reports that alert management when Key Activities are out of compliance

    Utilize JIRA intake system to work Long term and Ad-Hoc data requests.

    Build, testing and iterative Tableau building with promotion to Production after approved by team.
  • Executive Reporting

    Develop Executive level monthly/quarterly/annual metrics driven targets across Corporate Security.

    Prepare materials with Business Analytics Team both in Tableau.

    Build Executive Level Dashboards that work toward automation.

    Responsible for version control of Executive Reports.

    oConduct Quality Testing on reports and document in more efficient manner.
  • Continue the expanding the security of our self-service reporting (i.e Tableau).
