Position: Senior Anaplan Data & Insights Architect Â

Rate of Pay: $158,000/year - $198,000/year Â
Hours: Full Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)Â
Job Duties:Â
Support the Global Technology Organization (GTO) in the successful delivery of Anaplan solutions. Critical in the development of most of GTO’s Anaplan models. Translate existing spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models. Capture requirements and model builds, and manage testing and stakeholders. Streamline and solve the problem around processes to ensure smooth running of operations. Work on Splunk Queries, SpeakEasy, and Cloud Health to gather data to use in the models. Work with stakeholders to understand pain points and collaborate with teams to work out a solution. Participate in data integration and migration solutions. Work closely with senior leadership to guide employee strategy and measurement. Partner on all aspects of identifying, evaluating, and communicating key insights that tell the story behind the numbers, employee experience, and key drivers. Remote work is permissible.Â
Minimum Requirements:Â Â
Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Â
Special Requirements:Â Â
Three (3) years of experience must include:Â Â
- Understand how to structure data to build efficient models;Â Â
- Analyze data for the team using Statistical Analysis (R, Python, SQL, etc.) and present findings to assist with decision making;Â Â
- UI Design to present data (dashboarding) efficiently to end users so that leaders can make informed decisions;Â Â
- Process Management by repairing broken processes or defining one if needed;Â Â
- Project Management including setting up a timeline, keeping track of the progress, aligning stakeholders, UAT, and delivering the project; and Â
- Stakeholder management, conducting interviews with stakeholders to obtain the requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates on progress.Â
