What You'll Do

•  This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding any requirements related to Android development.
• Work with the Product Manager and Designer to design and development of our Android application
• Involvement in the complete development cycle -product development, test automation, CI/CD pipeline, and application development.
• Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions.
• Work with technical leads, managers, and Product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmap.
• Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs.
• Provide high-level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements.
• Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams, and other stakeholders.

What You Know

• Need 10+ years of Android experience
• Have a strong eye for delta and appreciate finely tuned, delightful apps
• Expert with programming languages such as Java & Kotlin.
• Have working experience with AndroidX, Glide, Retrofit, REST & Gson
• Are Familiar with MVVM/MVP patterns
• Have strong CS fundamentals
• Have experience shipping apps and managing deployment processes via Google Play Developer Console
• Balances getting things done with making things perfect
• Takes pride in mentoring other developers

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Compensation Band

• $120-130k per year
