Senior Android Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Architecting and developing innovative features for our product
• Maintain a high standard of quality for our code, features, and products
• Collaborating with different teams to improve our products and technologies
• Writing thorough tests to improve the quality of both our code and product

Please apply if you have:

• 5+ years of experience and ability to develop, maintain, and innovate large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and the Android Framework
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to different audiences
• Proficient in crafting and constructing scalable application infrastructure, working with collaborators and diverse teams, and delivering projects on time and with outstanding quality.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
• An understanding of best-practice UX with a good eye for design details
• Capability of devising clean and simple solutions to complex problems
• Hands-on experience writing high-quality unit, UI and integration tests
• The capacity to thrive in a hybrid working model, including the ability to attend the office at least 3 days a week.

Compensation

Senior Android Engineer's salary consists of three elements:

Base pay: may start from 4000 EUR gross.

In addition:

• Significant yearly bonuses, approx 10 percent of annual salary

• Booking Holdings RSU (Restricted Stock Units) package, worth 20000 USD gross, with possibility to receive yearly refreshes
