Intro
We are actively sourcing for a Senior Angular Developer. This role will work closely with our global team in building cutting edge, customer-centric software solutions.

You will sit at one of Rightpoint's clients and work on some very dynamic and innovative technical projects. The client is one of the leaders in the Financial Services Industry. While you will be working with other Rightpoint team members, this role will be physically located at the client site in New York City, NY . 

What You'll Be Doing and the Impact You'll Make:

• Developing new user-facing features using Angular 9+
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

What We’d Love to See:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Strong understanding NgRx and RxJS.
• Competency using TypeScript
• Ability to write test cases with Karma or Jasmine
• Experience using RESTful APIs
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
• We would love to see Banking/Financial systems experience although it is not mandatory.
