We are currently looking for a Senior Animated Video Producer to add to our dynamic team.
About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Animated Video Producer to join our in-house video team and help us take our content to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to bring concepts to life through engaging animations. As an Senior Animated Video Producer you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and informative animated videos from start to finish (sometimes including A/V editing) that captivate our audiences and effectively communicate key messages.
What You’ll Do
Video Production:
- Create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations for a variety of video formats, including branded content, promotional videos, explainer videos, social media videos, and more
- Work closely within our video team to translate ideas and written content into visually appealing and dynamic animations
- Ensure that all visual elements align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising on quality
Storyboarding and Conceptualization:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and conceptualize visual elements that enhance the narrative of each video
- Support during video team brainstorming sessions on custom videos as well individual development of new animated video opportunities
Animation Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in all related software within the Adobe suite
- Stay updated on the latest animation trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with all video team members to ensure seamless integration of animations into video projects
- Work cross functionally with other teams including creative, marketing, and sales
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, clients, and team members to refine and improve animations
- Be involved in end-to-end video project management, including support on post-campaign metrics, maintenance of video archives and systems, and cross-functional sharing of performance with editorial and sales teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a motion graphics video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing business-related animations (at least 5-7 years of experience preferred)
- Proficiency in all animation related software within the Adobe creative suite
- Experience with basic audio/video editing
- 3D animation experience is not required but is a plus
- Strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality videos
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate well in a fast-paced team environment
