    • Deep understanding of multidimensional modeling, planning systems, financial processes, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
    • Experience creating delivery methodologies, architectural standards, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
    • Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements from solution definition through deployment and adoption.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a passion for developing talent and fostering technical excellence.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving in dynamic and evolving environments.
    • Highly organized, innovative, resourceful, and resilient, with strong business and technical acumen.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to approximately 25–50% of the time.
    • Experience with enterprise planning platforms and professional services environments is highly desirable.
