This position is Remote to work with a US Company, you will require to have Citizenship or work permit from Costa Rica to apply for this role

The IT department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the values to join the Data Exchange team as a Senior Applications Developer. This developer uses modern technology to facilitate elegant integrations between our client core systems and partners. This is a full-time Job.

Responsibilities

This senior applications' developer participates in design, development, testing, documentation and maintenance of Java-based integrations and interfaces. This developer relies on skills and experience to solve challenges in mission-critical processes. This developer's team is tasked with time-sensitive projects of substantial complexity and evolving technology. This developer keeps up with emerging technologies and remains technically proficient, mentoring less-experienced developers.

Qualifications 

The most qualified candidate will have: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience,
• At least 4+ years of professional development experience,
• Thorough knowledge of business programming and computer logic skills,
• Deep experience with the Java programming language, relational databases, SQL and JDBC
• Proficiency in object-oriented technology concepts and design patterns,
• Experience in enterprise integration patterns,
• Excellent customer-service skills for both internal and external customers,
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
