This role focuses on building and delivering high-quality mobile applications that support complex digital experiences for global clients. You will join a collaborative, cross-functional Agile team working at the intersection of engineering, design, and product strategy. The position involves developing scalable, reusable, and well-tested React Native solutions that power mission-critical user experiences. You will also contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from early ideation and design alignment through to release and ongoing support. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability

• Build reusable, efficient, and well-tested code supporting mission-critical user experiences
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in an Agile development environment
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and support
• Implement unit testing and ensure code quality using modern testing frameworks such as React Testing Library
• Contribute to continuous improvement by staying current with emerging front-end and mobile technologies
• Apply inclusive design principles and ensure accessibility standards, including WCAG compliance, are met
• Use AI-powered development tools to enhance coding efficiency, problem-solving, and workflow optimization
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of mobile applications
• Follow secure coding practices and contribute to maintaining data privacy and application security standards

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in React Native

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern mobile development practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks such as React Testing Library or equivalent
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows
• Experience applying accessibility and inclusive design best practices (WCAG standards preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build scalable, maintainable mobile solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is highly valued
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (bootcamp or self-taught accepted)
