Senior Application Engineer

What you'll do:

• You will report to our Application Engineering Manager
• Commit to your team’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals created in our DEI Unqork Application
• You will oversee implementation of Unqork's platform for clients. This includes gathering application requirements, using technical knowledge to develop applications on Unqork's Platform, and guiding clients through UAT
• Become an expert in Unqork's no-code platform, helping our growing client base navigate some of the more complex features of the application throughout the implementation phase
• Mentor and lead application engineers within your team and on your projects
• Guide application engineers in their work on a project
• Identify applicable opportunities and design solutions that positively impact customer adoption
• Develop trusted advisor relationship with clients
• Partner with the technology product and engineering team to improve client-facing capabilities and integrate those features into the product roadmap

What you'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in application delivery
• Experience with building and launching fully responsive products and digital software applications
• Experience working directly with corporate clients to understand their needs, create solutions, and drive implementation of software products
