Join a develop and support team for the Advantest V93000 Semiconductor Test System with a focus on Analog, Power Management and Automotive device applications. Provide application technical leadership and support in the pre and post sales for the V93000.

Application Tasks:

• Applications development for Advantest V93000 test platform.
• Pre-Sales support in the development of product demonstrations, device benchmarks, product competitive positioning in term of system features for software and hardware.
• Develop test solutions of both hardware and software for devices in the Analog and power management ICs segments.
• Support of production implementation and execution of test solutions developed.
• Provide expertise on topics such as: load board design for testing on the V93000, program development, solution implementation, best practice, test time reduction, program conversions, and trainings.
• Accountable for the design, scoping, and technical validity of the solution to achieve the customer's business objectives.
• Identifies Advantest and Non-Advantest resources required to deliver customer solutions, tracks and manages the committed deliverables
• Create project plans for complex projects and track project completion.
• Keeps R D and global technical peers informed of new and emerging technologies and information in their business segment.
• Represents customer's needs of their assigned business segment to field and factory.
• Create and deliver customer training classes and consultation materials
• Through expertise-based value creation, candidate becomes integral to the customer's business processes and provides technical reports that helps the customer's decision process and business outcomes.

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Strong device and test program debugging skills are must.
• Strong knowledge of analog and power device test methodologies is a must.
• Demonstrated experience with C, C++ programming, Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to quickly pick up C++ test program development with high level APIs is a must, V93000 SmarTest 7 and smart RDI experiences are plus.
• Perl and Python scripting is a plus
• Knowledge in PMIC, mixed-signal IC testing, high voltage or high current power device testing are plus.
• Knowledge and experiences on V93000 platform are plus.
• Project leading experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, project oriented, team environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.

Education:

BS in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Computer Science or equivalent with over 5 years semiconductor test experience.
