Summary of Role:

You'll be responsible for best-in-class Level 2 direct technical customer interface, supporting various GF technology node inquiries with focus on ARM based Foundation IPs, including Standard Cell Libraries, IO IPs and Memory Compilers. You'll work with L1 engineers and L3 engineers (R&D) to address the technical customer issues, recommending fixes or enhancements and driving final solutions with other teams involved.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of SoCs, digital and AMS design methodology, Foundation IPs, IC manufacturing and process technology
• Excellent customer communication and customer management, with proper prioritization and clean execution
• Understanding of the Foundation IP ecosystem and solid engineering practices (e.g. scientific method, solution-oriented, sensitive to time-to-market)
• Experience communicating and working at cross-functional levels within organizations
• Motivation to establish and continuously improve organizational processes
• Experience working in a foundry or EDA industry is an added advantage

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.S., M.S. in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of five years of technical experience working in the Semiconductor Industry
• Travel: up to 10% (flexible)
• Fluency: Written and verbal English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 10 years of technical experience working in the Semiconductor Industry
• Over 5 years working on IP development/support or SoC/AMS design
• Clear communication skills
• Demonstrated autonomy, initiative and leadership
• Customer interface experience
• Great problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork, flexibility and positive attitude

Expected Salary Range

$104,000.00 - $224,900.00
