Senior Application Integration Engineer
Job Description
As a Senior Application Integration Engineer, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations across various SaaS-based applications within our enterprise environment. This role focuses on utilizing AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless data flow between systems. By developing technical solutions that meet both business and end-user needs, you play a crucial role in automating and optimizing processes.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, requiring you to work closely with team members across the organization to understand functionality requirements and translate them into effective integrations. The role demands a creative approach to problem-solving, ownership of challenges from start to finish, and clear communication throughout the development and implementation phases.

What will you do?
- Implement and maintain integrations between SaaS-based applications based on business and end-user requirements
- Develop integrations that connect AI tools within Ridgeline’s application ecosystem to maximize operational efficiency
- Work with individuals throughout the enterprise to understand functionality requirements and translate them into technical integrations
- Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
- Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, documentation, and transparency
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in automation, workflows, and integration projects and ongoing support  Â
- Advanced Programming Skills - Proficiency in languages such as Python, Kotlin, and Shell scripting
- Advanced understanding of AI frameworks, tools, and large language models to aid in building robust integrations within SaaS services and AI technologies
- Ability to independently architect, develop, and maintain integrations across various platforms and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Strong skills in data engineering, including experience in database management
- Deep understanding of API integrations and data sets Â
- Experience with application security, including expertise in authentication, encryption, and networking models
- Strong familiarity with cloud services such as Google, Okta, AWS, Azure, Jira, and ConfluenceÂ
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex software and system issuesÂ
- Project management experience with agile methodologies and ability to lead and manage projects with cross-functional teamsÂ
Bonus:
- Experience in FinTech or financial services software is a plus, with a solid understanding of the industry

Compensation and BenefitsÂ

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $175,000-$205,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.Â
