Join us as a Senior Application Integration Programmer (End User Computing)

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Senior Application Integration Programmer to join our End User Computing. In this role you will working with multiple groups to meet application delivery and troubleshooting demands. Work in a group of SMS/Intune Administrators who package and deploy over 5,000 applications yearly across multiple locations. Administration of monthly security hotfix deployments via SMS/MDE/Intune to over 10,000 workstations globally, Microsoft and other enterprise software security hotfix deployments via SCCM/MDE to over 10,000 workstations globally. Provide daily administration / troubleshooting of a multi-level SCCM 2012 hierarchy.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Primary responsibilities include hands on development, standardization, and management of all software deployments and patching standards
• Daily administration/troubleshooting of a multi-level SCCM 2012 hierarchy (SCCM is the industry de facto Application Packaging and Scripting product)
• Administration of monthly Microsoft, Adobe, etcsecurity hotfix deployments via SCCM to over 10,000 workstations globally
• Develop, standardize, and manage SCCM/MECM/Intune applications and software updates for over 10000 endpoints
• Manage SCCM client health
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for Help Desk
• Package software to meet company specifications
• Maintain ongoing communications with support teams regarding application issue resolutions
• Provides mentoring, guidance, and professional development support to others on staff
• Collaborate to maintain a library of system-supporting processes and procedural documentation
• Provide reports and support on weekends

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SCCM/MECM, packaging and infrastructure engineering experience
• Deep understanding of SCCM/MECM infrastructure, application packaging/Software Patching and Software distribution methodologies
• Must have a strong and proven PowerShell scripting experience - Able to develop application packaging templates, tools, and automation.
• Strong data analytical skills (building custom queries, SQL reports, create dashboards and data analysis)
• Experience in managing OSD Deployment, Task sequence and Office 365
• Able to demonstrate Microsoft Intune methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Tech (Active Directory, Outlook, GPO, Azure, File system)
• Experience with endpoint security tools (MDE, BitLocker, etc.)
• Excellent customer support
• Microsoft certification a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of IT experience including IT services and support
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation with a strong work ethic
• SCCM 2012 Certified is a PLUS

Salary Range

$100,000 -$140,000 Jersey City, NJ

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
