Position Summary:
As an experienced Senior Applications Developer, you will be responsible for participating in all phases of the applications development life cycle including analyzing, designing, modeling, testing, pre- and post-go live support, and deploying solutions specifically related to integrations to 3rd party software and services.
You will be responsible for the delivery of Dynamics 365 integrations, custom development, configurations, code integration using X++, custom user interfaces, and providing endpoints and APIs to support Power Apps and external systems.
You will also create and customize integration flows to support Logic Apps and Power Automate solutions, perform testing, monitor performance, and create technical designs with implementation details.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide technical development for the Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations platform and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to deliver complex projects. Operate in a fast faced environment to meet the business needs, on-time and with highest quality results.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and discovery with subject matter experts, end users and stakeholders, participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications.
- Experience architecting solutions involving Dynamics customizations, creating forms, classes, extend tables, including server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
- Ideal candidate should demonstrate capabilities in evaluating processes and recommending improvements, demonstrate strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills and possess high degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
- The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work in dynamic conditions and within deadlines.

Core Skills / Requirements
- Experience in developing X++ code and object-oriented code, designing, creating, and revising Dynamics workspaces.
- Experience with Power Platform, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Data Lake Storage, Data verse, Dual Write
- Experience with .NET. C#, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, JavaScript, HTML, SSRS, SSIS, and SQL
- Integration experience. Preferably Web services, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Power Automate, and Logic Apps solutions.
- Familiar with security frameworks, role-based security policies, application configuration, administration, and best practices
- Data migration, data management, and experience architecting business solutions based on SQL server database, reporting and integration services.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX experience with a specific focus on integrations
The salary range for this position is $127,000 and $155,000 per year.
