Responsibilities: • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code • Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements • Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand business needs and translate them into ML solutions. • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using large and complex datasets. • Optimize model performance and scalability for production environments. • Stay current with the latest ML research and techniques, and evaluate their applicability to ongoing projects. • Build and maintain pipelines for training, testing, and deploying ML models. • Communicate findings and model insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards in all ML applications. Qualifications: • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field • 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a mix of genAI and software engineering • Strong experience inPython and related ML libraries • Experience building LLM-based applications shipped to production, including fine-tuning models and RAG • Well-versed in computer science fundamentals • Strong understanding of generative AI with the ability to build across multiple agents at once • Creation and deployment of models in the cloud • Experience in the biotech, healthtech, medtech, or pharmaceutical space
