We are looking for an exceptional Senior Apps Developer (Oracle EBS) who can perform technical architectural design, development, implementation to enable IT and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications. You will be working in partnership with IT business analysts, business users, and technical teams to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively gathering end-user requirements, developing, testing, and implementing solutions, involving in support, maintenance, and enhancement of EBS application modules.

Responsibilities:

• Create technical designs to define technology approaches and solutions to implement/integrate software applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet business and technical requirements of the organization.
• Perform both functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in Oracle EBS or custom application environment.
• Work directly with business, technical analysts, and business representatives, participating in meetings with key system owners to understand business requirements and develop appropriate solution.
• Lead small team efforts to design and deliver proof of concept solutions for scenarios when a new technology is being introduced to meet a business need.
• Continuously learn new technologies and capabilities and keeps up with digital skills and certifications and effectively use them to improve IT systems.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology.
• 7 years of experience as Oracle Applications technical resource designing, developing, and implementing solutions in finance and supply chain modules.
• Experience in manufacturing industry setting and information technology experience.
• Well versed in Oracle EBS development using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, BI Publisher, Forms Personalization, OA Framework, Web ADI, Oracle APEX, SOAP, REST etc.
• Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce change.
• Energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
