• Account Receivable analyst having portfolio and managing collections and ensuring the overdues are collected on timely basis with proper reconciliations and taking complete ownership of the portfolio.
• Executes according to SLA's.
• Has detailed understanding of processes and SOP's.
• Adheres to controls and has ideas for improvements.
• Informs Supervisor about any process issues.
• Ensure the Global Key Client Reports are shared as per Timely guidelines

Skills & Experience required:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivables and Core Collections.
• Good Communication skills.
• Knowledge on tools like SAP, Get Paid or Case management.
• Voice calling experience is a must.

Shift Timings: Day Shift (9 am - 6 pm / 10 am - 7 pm)
