Senior AR Analyst (Credit Controller) with French

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

• You will be responsible for overall Credit Control activities for Client’s location in Switzerland (French) including contact with dealers in local language.
• The candidate will have an opportunity to learn the E2E O2C process thanks to extensive scope we have been given by the Client one of the biggest automotive companies in the world.
• Will have to be in constant contact with different countries and locations across the world to ensure high level of service is provided. While doing that the candidate will also learn different methods of work across different cultures

Scope of Duties:

• close cooperation with O2C cash application team
• support in allocating payments daily analysis of unapplied cash
• finance reports preparation analysis monitoring of accounts with payment arrears
• direct daily contact (by phone emails) with both the client and clients’ customers
• orders release based on customer’s credit limit
• review and approve payment to customers and collection runs
• raising requests for changes in customer master data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• fluent in English and French as an absolute must
• experience in O2C area (cash collection cash application order management)
• very good analytical skills and attention to details
• experience in using accounting systems (SAP)
• advanced skills using MS Office applications (Excel)
• strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• self-motivated can prioritize tasks and set deadlines
• well organized and proactive
• quick learning ability
• good client focus.

• Education background accounting/economics will be an asset
