What you'll do:

• Ensure the accuracy of invoices
• Receive check and electronic payments and apply them to the appropriate invoices
• Review closing statements for each home sale to ensure accuracy of receipts
• Update internal CRM with all relevant transaction details
• Provides initial and ongoing training to new team members in the various systems we use
• Assists members of the Cash Team by responding to questions concerning transactions, closing docs
• Upon request from management, takes ownership of special projects
• Identifies gaps in current processes and suggests process improvements.
• Notices when transactions are not updating/ systems are not syncing as expected and knows when escalation is appropriate
• Escalates system issues to the appropriate individual or department

What you'll bring:

• 2-4 years of related experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Self starter
• Attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in an efficient manner
• Experience in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other Accounting applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Refined math skills, including ability to calculate percentages
