Senior Architect

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

Job Description

• Project Management: collaborate along with the Lead Architect in all the Architectural projects from inception to completion. This includes establishing project objectives, Scope of work creating work plans, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Technical Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of Architectural principles and practices to develop innovative solutions for the clients' challenges. Provide advice on complex technical issues and offer guidance on best practices.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and objectives. Develop strong professional relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress to clients. 
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide Architects and junior Architects/ Bim designers in their professional development. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and skills enhancement. 
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all Architectural deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Conduct thorough reviews of designs, reports, and documents to verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements. 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Architectural technologies, tools, and methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to the enhancement of our engineering practices.
• Monitor and control and Architectural designers/ cad operators to achieve the target within the approved schedule.
• Reduce design errors and rework by 20%-30% through thorough reviews and verification processes. Implement 2-4 new design improvements or innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency or performance. 
• Enhance the quality of the deliverables to achieve more than 98%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design Engineering. 
• Minimum of 12 years of experience as an Architect
• Saudi council of engineering certification is mandatory.

Additional Information

Skills

• Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up ,3dsMAx ) to create 2D and 3D concept design and Design development drawings. 
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
