Senior Architect - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for analysis solutioning and E2E ownership of technical and functional identity & access management solution across complex RFP’s and client projects.
• You work independently and be able to drive your own work and that of the team working for you.
• You can work in a multi-disciplinary team from Design Build and Operate phases.
• You have a creative and problem-solving mindset.
• You act as a senior thought leader in identity & access management domains internally in IBM and externally in marketing events and industry conferences.

• Depth of knowledge in core IAM areas:
  • Identity Governance and Administration.
  • Authentication Multifactor Authentication and Federation
  • Privileged Access Management
• Experience in the design and deployment of identity & access management technology and solutions
• Experience with IAM products (IBM Verify (ISIM ISAM) Savyint)
• Solid understanding and experience working with a structured solution design methodology
  • Requirement definition and refinement
  • Application of security architecture patterns
  • Stakeholder and scope management
  • Strategy and roadmap development
• Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions.
• Fluency in Dutch & English language

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in working international deployment roles.
• Technical certifications for one or more leading IAM technologies e.g. Savyint Sailpoint IBM Verify
• Knowledge of Entra ID Active Directory
• Knowledge about authentication methods and technologies (e.g. SSO MFA adaptive step-up risk-based authentication FIDO x509)
• Relevant security certifications CISPP CISA CISM CEH SABSA …
