Exciting opportunity to be the Technical Architect member of the Travel or Health Squad Team in AXA Partners US, working on Agile, being also part of the global AXA Partners Architecture team
A Senior Architect Leader that has accomplished technical leader with a proven track record in guiding IT/Digital transformational initiatives using innovative digital technologies. It must have extensive experience in Azure Cloud environments, demonstrating proficiency in architecting and implementing solutions that optimize operational efficiency, scalability, and security, including orchestration and Single Sign-On (SSO) authorization server. The ability to prioritize and implement robust security measures, including adherence to OWASP Top 10, and quick response actions to mitigate hacker attacks will be paramount. Additionally, expertise in integrating diverse data sources and solutions, including speech communication services, will be highly valued. It's key for this role, to have at least 5 years of experience in development with projects related with finance institutions and a deep understanding of the technology behind Credit cards companies (VISA, AMEX and Mastercard).
• Systems Analysis and Communication: Lead systems analysis and facilitate effective communication between business needs and technology teams across diverse geographical locations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Fluent Portuguese (Brazilian dialect) communication skills are essential for seamless collaboration with our teams in Brazil.
• Business Requirement Identification: Identify and represent business requirements from users to software development teams, incorporating essential functionalities such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and speech communication services to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Solution Implementation: Implement system requirements by defining and analysing system problems, proposing architecture designs using industry best practices, and leveraging expertise in FullStack development, Azure Cloud environments, SSO, and speech communication functionalities.
• Collaboration and Standardization: Coordinate with other Architects within the company to provide standardized solutions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across distributed teams spanning multiple countries.
• User Experience Definition: Facilitate the definition of user experience and translate it into specific requirements, utilizing a deep understanding of API design and a commitment to service excellence, with a focus on integrating speech communication functionalities to meet user needs effectively.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to OWASP Top 10 standards and robust security measures in all solutions developed. Prioritize security impact assessments and quick response actions to mitigate potential hacker attacks.
• Project Management: Manage medium to large-scale projects, driving process improvements, and efficiency enhancements while ensuring compliance with project timelines and objectives.
• Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows details, and digital customer journey mappings. Ensure the quality and full adequacy of solutions with business requirements, actively participating in functional testing and user acceptance testing to ensure compliance and user satisfaction.
• Change Management and Innovation: Participate in promoting new features and functionalities and contribute to Change Management processes, facilitating smooth transitions and organizational adaptation. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of IT architecture and development processes.
• Alignment with Central Team: Responsible for aligning and validating any architectural impact with the Central Team within the ARB meetings, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational standards and objectives.
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, System Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification in relevant areas such as OWASP Top 10, Agile methodology, or Cloud platforms is a plus.
Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in Architecture leader, Web developing, Systems analysis.
4+ years of experience with projects related to finance institutions.
2+ years of experience in SSO, Microsoft Speech communication, API design, Azure cloud, ecommerce/payments platforms.
Preferably 3+ years of experience in Travel Industry.
