We are looking for a Senior Art Director to join the fluent360 team.
 
As a Senior Art Director at fluent360, you will craft high-quality, impactful work for agency clients, guiding projects from conceptual development to production. In addition to delivering exceptional creative work, you will collaborate with your team to craft innovative and culturally relevant ideas and present these to Creative Leadership as well as agency partners, and clients. Additionally, you’ll take an interest in the client business, working to deepen your knowledge in all aspects of their operations, and harness that knowledge to build a strong relationship with them and create work that builds their brand. You’ll be an active participant in meetings, making your voice heard, presenting concepts, and ‘selling’ the work.
What you will do

• Be a strategic conceptor, rooted in in the culture who can ideate innovative and culturally relevant ideas.
• Build inspiring decks for presentations with great visuals, design, and storytelling
• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify and address problems, and meet deadlines
• Refine and implement the agency processes provided by your direct report
• Work with multiple teams to bring proactive ideas for our clients to the forefront
• Participate in bringing learning / growth opportunities to leadership (i.e. ideas for lunch and learns, seminars, etc.)
• Work across different platforms, including Social, Digital, Linear TV, Media Partnerships, etc.

What you know 

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop,
  bonus: After Effects, Premiere, Figma)
• Production from concept to finishing (pre to post, editing, color correction, audio finishing, final deliverables, directing talent, etc.)
• How to present and sell great work with clear vision and purpose
• All aspects of design for social media and evolving online platforms
• How to motivate and manage your team to create great work

Your experience

• All applicants must provide a portfolio link
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design or related field
• 5+ years of creative experience at an advertising agency with segment experience targeting multicultural consumers with expertise in the African American consumer mindset
• Proficient in Adobe CS: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication
