Senior Art Director- HQ

In an effort to elevate our brand and communications, we are hiring a Senior Art Director to join our Marketing team. This person will get in on the ground floor of enhancing the Restore brand, and building and nurturing it across channels (email, website, social media, print and retail environments). This includes helping to drive consumer engagement and conversions through purposeful and visually arresting design.
Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
• Experience in consumer health a plus
• Strong understanding of the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effect, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Sketch. Motion graphics skills a plus
• Provide a portfolio of high impact consumer communications that is visually arresting, has a lens of storytelling and a mind for driving audiences through a journey
• Provide examples of high-quality UX deliverables such as detailed wireframes, user flows and prototypes, as well as final products with impactful visuals
• Understand the partnership between design and copywriting in storytelling
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, and a client-facing confidence that advances dialogue, sells creative ideas and creates strong agency-client relationships
• Extremely strong team player who can manage multiple clients, projects and priorities
