Senior Art Director, Visual Design

Some of the things you'll do here:

• You'll build new visual assets, layouts, and style guides that are implemented in our iOS, Android, and web apps and marketing materials
• You'll refine and evolve NOCD’s brand expression building on our current photography, branding, illustration, design system, B2B and B2C communication materials. 
• You'll update or create new pages for our marketing website.
• You'll update or create new interactive presentations and materials for our therapists, our clients, and our partners. 

What You’ll Do

• Create branded identities and visual assets for our marketing campaigns, web pages, and digital products.
• Deliver stunning and emotionally impactful end-to-end creatives that align with our brand positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and operations teams to uncover design opportunities and develop conceptual designs to support strategies.
• Work within our high level visual guidelines, and know how to experiment and push into new territory
• Improve your team’s work by asking for and offering feedback from other designers and cross-functional teammates.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of visual design experience, with a deep understanding of product marketing.
• Fluency in all aspects of design: typography, color, layout, illustration, narrative brand, and motion.
• A portfolio showcasing mature visual design skills and an ability to meet complex problems with thoughtful and efficient solutions
• Excellent visual communication skills and a desire to inspire others.
• Understanding of product design, interaction design, site architecture, and user interfaces.
• Critical thinking and ability to inspire teams to align strategically, clarify goals, and create better results.
• Collaborative attitude and skills, with the openness to work in shared deliverables, externalize design choices, and elicit feedback.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
