Senior Aruba Wireless Engineer - Design (Remote)

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Senior Wireless Engineer with expertise with Aruba. This is a 14-month contract that has the possibility to extend and/or convert to a fulltime hire. We are looking for someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills, is client focused, and has a proven track record of delivering best in class networking and wireless solutions. Successful engineers are able to adapt quickly to changing technical and professional environments.

What You Will Do:

• Provides advanced product support and remediation of incidents in the clients environments. This includes proactive and preventative maintenance along with client infrastructure upgrades.
• Provides daily operational management of clients hardware and software configurations.
• Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software and system functional specifications.
• Maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex network/wireless problems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

What We are Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Networking route, switch, and wireless experience with Aruba proficiency
• Aruba wireless proficiency required
• Aruba switching proficiency required
• Ekahau WLAN survey experience required
• Understanding of Aruba Clearpass
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams proficient
• Certification Level: Cisco CCNP or equivalent
• Must be a great communicator and must be very professional. The work will be conducted at customer sites throughout the country, conducting network surveys and deploying Aruba route/switch and wireless solutions independently with remote support as required. Candidate must excel at time management, both during deployments and while preparing to deploy solutions. Insight will book airfare, rental car, and hotel reservations and bill to Insight at the actual cost to the agency.

Duration: 14 months W2 contract

Salary: $65-$85/hourly
