Senior Assistant

What You'll Do for Us:
- Scheduling and managing executive calendars, prioritizing, and resolving related conflicts, and proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals.
- Organizing and coordinating travel and related requirements, ensuring all arrangements are compliant with the Company's Travel Policy.
- Providing support in arranging meetings, handling logistics, and providing hospitality for Senior Management or guests of the department.
- Performing general clerical duties, including scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Contributing to the excellent reputation of The Coca-Cola Company through professional, friendly, and respectful interactions internally and externally.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School diploma and some college preferred in Business, Communications, or similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-level support role.
- Proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.
- Experience in coordinating projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedule for management.
- Support experience in a professional services, sales, or marketing environment.
- Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
- Good English Proficiency, both oral and written.
