Job Description

What will I be doing?

Develop analytical frameworks for mortgages leads. Analyze/develop financial reports/data collection to monitor the performance of loans and securities. Assist in the structure of client’s Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) pools to optimize composition and secondary market execution.

Location:

Mahwah, NJ and allow telecommuting anywhere within the NY metro area.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related and five (5) years of experience as business analyst or related in fixed income or real estate.

Must have experience with conducting competitor analysis, developing/automating forecasting, and implementing/managing data warehousing for multibillion clients; developing valuation models, delivering portfolio management and designing custom reports utilizing SQL, Tableau, Jira, Argus, Snowflake, VBA and Chatham. Must have demonstrated strong communication, data-analyzing, and multitask skills.
