ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Associate Brand Manager will support the Director, Brand in leading Dollar Shave Club’s overall brand priorities with a specific focus on omni communications and go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution. This role impacts all channels of demand: DTC (direct to consumer), Amazon and Retail. The Senior ABM will work closely with our media agency and creative AOR (agency of record), as well as our internal creative agency, and will lead cross-functional teams in the development of both national campaigns and innovation-specific launches. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with and guide both internal and external partners in translating key consumer insights, media and sales performance, cultural moments, market insights, and general trends into recommendations that help drive key brand metrics and drive demand across our key channels: Retail, DTC and Amazon.
- Support the Brand Director in brief writing, creative asset development and trafficking for omnichannel campaigns.
- Act as a brand steward and consult for any brand activity, whether internal or external facing. Champion our consumers, brand strategy and brand tone to grow and strengthen our brand equity.
- Lead omnichannel GTM plans for annual commercial tentpole moments. Coordinate cross-channel key visuals and harmonize conversion tactics to ensure full-integrated executions.
- Own the omni marketing calendar and inform launch timing, commercial tentpole conversion tactics and PR/partnership activations throughout the year. Collaborate with comms leads and channel leads.
- Lead monthly audits of channel sales and omnichannel media effectiveness. Collaborate with the broader brand team, consumer insights and current business channel teams to maximize effectiveness of spend across total Omni.
- Lead omnichannel budget tracking and auditing, ongoing and ad hoc. Work with channel leads to identify opportunities for efficiencies, resolve discrepancies and optimize investments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work or industry experience
- Experience with campaign development and measurement (on either client or agency side); innovation experience a plus
- Understanding of standard media metrics (CPA, CPV, CTR), brand (awareness and consideration), and performance metrics
- Brief writing and creative feedback experience
- Experience with omnichannel brands preferred
- Fundamental understanding and/or experience driving the 4 Ps: Price, Place, Promotion, and Product
- Holistic CPG brand management experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (both written and verbal); ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive own work independently, leading multiple projects with many stakeholders
- Must be adaptable and capable of meeting tight deadlines
POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is a hybrid role at our Headquarters in Marina Del Rey.
SALARY:
$108,000 - $120,000
