What You'll Do

This individual will be a member of an Agile development team focused on managing Enterprise Solutions for the technologies within the team’s portfolio. This user will be responsible for day-to-day administration of Enterprise Solutions and working with stakeholders to ensure their operational needs are met. They will be accountable for working with the business stakeholders to ensure solution adoption is achieved and that the appropriate reporting/dashboards, training, and documentation is provided for go-live success. This person will work with the Agile team to understand where Tier-3 knowledge can be moved down to a dedicated support team and ensure the right knowledge artifacts exist to meet our operations.

This individual will handle the day-to-day administration over the Enterprise Technology platforms and troubleshoot issues to either provide a work around or implement a root cause fix. This person will work with the Agile team to ensure that quality Solutions are met, and that customer satisfaction is achieved.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

  • Apply technical expertise and foster customer relationships to make sure software products are installed properly and deliver value to the customer.

  • Provide persona-based product knowledge for the solutions the team maintains.

  • Educate business users on how to use Enterprise Software and help ensure successful delivery of Technology Solutions.

  • Troubleshoot support issues and work with Help Desk to better enable self-service adoption and Tier-0 support.

  • Manage day-to-day operations/administration of Technology Solutions.

  • Act as liaison between business and development team. Work to understand end-user technology issues and try to re-produce issues in lower environment. Work with development team to report bugs/defects and help ensure Quality within the team’s solutions.

  • Perform additional tasks such as importing company data, creating customized reports, and modifying metrics.

Technical Skills & Background

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
