Senior Associate - Business Operations

About the Role

The Senior Associate Business Operations will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing AI solutions aimed at enhancing customer outcomes and driving revenue growth. This role will collaborate with teams across Product Analytics Machine Learning and the Expert Community to develop execute and evaluate innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Propose and test solutions to assess their impact on financial and strategic business goals

• Draw actionable insights from business analyses and develop recommendations for next steps

• Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways

• Design and implement efficient processes and best practices for Expert Operations ensuring alignment and effectiveness by working closely with cross-functional teams

• Lead and contribute to Expert Operations projects ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business operations project management analytics finance or related field at a technology company

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive successful business outcomes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities capable of building and managing relationships with stakeholders across departments

• Experience planning and leading cross-functional projects with a track record of driving results

• Ability to present complex concepts and analysis in an approachable way to diverse audiences

• Highly skilled in Excel SQL experience is a plus

• Familiarity with conversational AI with prior experience working with AI being a plus
